  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that order processing times may vary during peak seasons.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. After processing, you will be sent a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is between 7–21 business days depending on your location. This is our most affordable option.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for certain products with an estimated delivery time of 5–12 business days. The cost of expedited shipping will be calculated at checkout.

  • International Shipping: We ship globally to most countries. International delivery times may vary, and customs clearance could delay your shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number along with a link to track your package. You can also track your order status by logging into your Nuvello account at any time.


Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ship orders within the stated time frames, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including high demand, weather conditions, or customs processing.

  • If there are significant delays with your order, you will be notified immediately.


Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that all shipping details, including the address, are entered correctly before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in locating or replacing the order.

  • Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days. We will guide you through the process for a replacement or refund.
